After the lesson plan is submitted by the Author/Creator, the Manager will take the following steps to assign it to a Reviewer for evaluation:
- Navigate to “Inbox Management.”
- Choose the lesson plan requiring evaluation.
- In the “Assign” column, click on “select any user” to assign the lesson plan to a Reviewer.
- An assignment notification is sent to the Reviewer, indicating the lesson plan is ready for evaluation.
To re-assign a lesson plan to a different Reviewer, the Manager can follow these instructions:
- Go back to “Inbox Management.”
- Find and select the lesson plan that was previously assigned.
- In the “Assign” column, click on the current Reviewer’s name to pick a new Reviewer.
- Confirm the re-assignment, after which a notification will be sent to the new Reviewer.
