Understanding the Dashboard

The rePo! Dashboard displays the Lesson Plan activity starting from its creation and the state it goes through before being made available to the front-end.

The first section of the Dashboard is the lesson plan states. In this section, you can view the following details:

  • TOTAL LESSONS: total number of lessons
  • CREATED: the number of created lessons
  • READY FOR REVIEW: lessons that are ready for review
  • CHANGES REQUIRED: lessons that require changes/editing
  • ACCEPTED: lessons that are accepted/approved
  • DENIED: lessons that are denied
Note: Additional features are available for users with higher credentials. It is worth noting that the availability of some features/functionality varies based on the account types (i.e. Creator, Reviewer, Manager, Admin). For Managers, the number of lessons displayed, shows the total lessons created under his department.
The second section of the Dashboard is the pie graph of the lesson plan categories. This section is also known as Lesson Per Category. The Pie Graph displays the graphical representation of each lesson category.

On the right side of the Pie Graph, a breakdown of categorized lessons with the following information:

  • Lesson Category (e.g. Arts & Crafts, Cooking, D.I.Y., etc.)
  • Number of Lessons in each category
  • Percentage of the lessons


The third section of the Dashboard is the bar graph of the lesson plan per grade. This section is also known as the Lesson Per Grade. The Bar Graph displays the following details:

  • Grades starting from Kinder (K) to 12th Grade
  • Number of Lesson Plans per grade
  • Percentage of the lesson plan per grade
