Evaluating Submitted Lesson Plans

For Reviewers:

  • Accessing Assignments:
    • Navigate to “Inbox Management.”
    • Identify new lesson plans marked for review and select the “Review” action.
  • Evaluation Process:
    • Begin the assessment, checking if the lesson plan:
      • Meets all requirements: Tag as “ACCEPTED.”
      • Requires modifications: Tag as “CHANGES REQUIRED” and proceed to initiate a ticket.
      • Does not meet the standards: Tag as “DENIED.”
  • Requesting Changes:
    • Click on “Tickets” on the right side of the page.
    • Select “Add Ticket,” provide a title reflecting the issue, and detail the required changes.
    • Notify the creator/author upon ticket submission.

For Creators/Authors:

  • Identifying Required Changes:
    • Access “Inbox Management” and locate your lesson plans tagged with “Changes Required.”
    • View tickets associated with each lesson plan for detailed instructions.
  • Making Corrections:
    • Address the issues as outlined and make necessary adjustments.
    • Once corrected, mark the ticket as “Done” using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the ticket box, which notifies the reviewer.


Ticket Approval by Reviewer:

  • Reviewing Corrections:
    • Access “Inbox Management” and review the tickets marked as “Request Pending.”
    • Approve or reject the ticket based on whether the corrections meet the required standards.
  • Final Decision:
    • If all tickets associated with a lesson plan are approved, confirm acceptance by selecting “Accepted” at the bottom of the page.
