For Reviewers:
- Accessing Assignments:
- Navigate to “Inbox Management.”
- Identify new lesson plans marked for review and select the “Review” action.
- Evaluation Process:
- Begin the assessment, checking if the lesson plan:
- Meets all requirements: Tag as “ACCEPTED.”
- Requires modifications: Tag as “CHANGES REQUIRED” and proceed to initiate a ticket.
- Does not meet the standards: Tag as “DENIED.”
- Begin the assessment, checking if the lesson plan:
- Requesting Changes:
- Click on “Tickets” on the right side of the page.
- Select “Add Ticket,” provide a title reflecting the issue, and detail the required changes.
- Notify the creator/author upon ticket submission.
For Creators/Authors:
- Identifying Required Changes:
- Access “Inbox Management” and locate your lesson plans tagged with “Changes Required.”
- View tickets associated with each lesson plan for detailed instructions.
- Making Corrections:
- Address the issues as outlined and make necessary adjustments.
- Once corrected, mark the ticket as “Done” using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the ticket box, which notifies the reviewer.
Ticket Approval by Reviewer:
- Reviewing Corrections:
- Access “Inbox Management” and review the tickets marked as “Request Pending.”
- Approve or reject the ticket based on whether the corrections meet the required standards.
- Final Decision:
- If all tickets associated with a lesson plan are approved, confirm acceptance by selecting “Accepted” at the bottom of the page.
